Green goddess dressing is the perfect way to punch up ordinary egg salad. Anchovy paste is quite salty, so you may not need to add any extra salt to this dish.

Ingredients
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4cupchopped fresh parsley
2tablespoonschopped fresh dill
1tablespoonchopped chives
2teaspoonsfresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2teaspoonanchovy paste
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
8hard boiled eggschopped
2stalks celeryhalved lengthwise and thinly sliced
Pinch of kosher saltto taste
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, anchovy paste, and pepper in a mini- or regular food processor and process until well blended.
Combine the eggs and celery in a medium bowl. Add the dressing and Stir gently just until combined. Taste and season with salt, if needed.
