Plum Quinoa Smoothie

This smoothie makes a delicious, protein-packed post-workout breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe plum pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 large frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 or 5 large ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
