Ingredients
1bananafrozen, peeled and cut into chunks
1cuploosely packed baby spinach
1 1/4cupsunsweetened almond milk
1tablespoonchia seeds
1teaspoonmatcha(green tea powder)
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
4-5ice cubes
Instructions
Combine the banana, spinach, almond milk, chia seeds, matcha, vanilla extract, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. (If the blender is sticking, add a few tablespoons of water.)
Recipe Notes
If you don't have chia seeds, you can substitute 1 to 2 tablespoons of oats.
